Terms of Service

MIMIX (mimix.app) is operated by DMTLABS PVT LTD. By creating an account or using MIMIX you agree to these Terms.

Using MIMIX

You must be 18 or older. MIMIX generates videos from the video, images and text you upload using third-party AI. Results are automatic and may not be perfect. Keep your login private; you are responsible for your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You allow us to process it to run the service. Only upload content you have the right to use, and only people who have agreed to be included.

Not allowed

Do not use MIMIX for illegal, sexual, hateful, violent or deceptive content, to impersonate or harm others, or to infringe someone’s rights. Do not try to bypass safety filters or attack the service.

Credits and payments

Generations use credits. Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are non-refundable (see Refund Policy). Credits returned for failed generations are added back automatically.

Misuse

If you break these Terms, we may remove content, suspend or close your account, and revoke your credits.

Liability

MIMIX is provided as is, without guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continuing to use MIMIX means you accept the updated version.

Governing law

German law applies, without affecting mandatory consumer rights where you live.
